Production Time

Amarilo is proud to deliver effortless style without compromising quality. By hand-selecting high-quality conflict-free materials and honoring the experience of third-generation jewelers in Downtown Los Angeles, each Amarilo piece is meticulously handmade to not only be worn now but years to come. This is one of many reasons all designs are backed by a Lifetime Warranty. Due to this intricate process, all pieces are made-to-order and have a production time of 2-3 weeks. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance and we strive to fulfill each order in a timely manner but to offer the quality that will stand the test of time, time is mandatory in exchange.

Production Update: After a 2 month+ office closure due to COVID-19 and a 1 week+ closure due to the protests and National Guard presence where we are based we are experiencing an additional 1-2 week production delay. We are doing everything in our power to expedite production but we want to take as many precautions as possible while respecting the Los Angeles ordinances. At the end of the day the health of both our customers and team is of the utmost importance. As a small business we sincerely thank you for your support, patience, and understanding. 

 

Tracking Your Order: 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or Facebook. This email confirms that your order has been received and has been sent into production. As soon as your order has finished production, you will receive a second email with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

  

Domestic Shipping:

USPS Priority Mail - 1 to 3 Business Day Transit

Please Note: These delivery timeframes do not include the production time mentioned above and only cover time in transit. If your order is time sensitive, please email us at info@amarilojewelry.com so we can further assist in expediting your order if possible.

 

International Shipping:

DHL Express - 1 to 6 Day Transit 

Please Note: Shipping rates are calculated on the basis of destination. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do however do our best to minimize your costs upon arrival to your country. These delivery timeframes do not include the production time mentioned above and only cover time in transit. If your order is time sensitive, please email us at info@amarilojewelry.com so we can further assist in expediting your order if possible.

 

Jewelry Warranty:

We built our reputation on quality timeless designs and we will always remain true to it. All Amarilo designs are backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

Please Note: Amarilo will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased direct from our site.  

  

Returns, Repairs, and Exchanges:

Returns are not permitted. All sales and promotions are final and we do not make any adjustments on pricing. Exchanges are permitted within fourteen days based on delivery date. As noted above, all Amarilo designs are backed by a Lifetime Warranty. If you experience any issues (excluding loss of product or denting), we will repair or replace the product at no charge. When shipping an exchange or repair, please note this process may take up to 2 to 5 weeks after delivery. For exchange or repair approval, please contact info@amarilojewelry.com.

Please Note: Amarilo Jewelry reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs and exchanges.
