*All Jewelry comes standard with a lifetime warranty.

*All sales & promotions are final, we do not make any adjustments to pricing. 

*Amarilo reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.


Refunds are permitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery date based on tracking. International Refunds are only permitted through verified DHL tracking delivery date. International orders via USPS shipping do not qualified for refunds.

You must fill out a Return/Refund Authorization form before receiving a refund.  The item(s) must be at our HQ prior to issuing a refund.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges are permitted within 60 days of your purchase, based on tracking delivery date. Please follow the below steps:

For all Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds to HQ:

1) Email / ATTN: Return/Exchange/Refund ORDER #AM___

2) Please include your order number in email, and write the nature of your return. Include any miscellaneous photos or description so we understand the reason of your return and may help you out at the best of our ability.

3) Return Authorization: You will receive email directions on return warehouse location and return instructions via email.

*We are not responsible for Shipping costs of the item to Amarilo offices. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.

When shipping a return, exchange, or repair, please note this process may take longer than your original delivery process. Returns may take up to 2 to 5 weeks depending on the items returned. 

Rush delivery is not guaranteed. We ship items out via the same shipping method you originally ordered. Please email us if you have any questions. 

Always request tracking for your packages in the case of misrouted packages.
